NCRam is a Notification Center Widget which will show your your free memory in your Notification Center. Your iDevice can sometimes get clustered with running apps and background processes which can cause things to go haywire. NCRam will let you know how much free space you have and if you need to kill some apps or a respring. Unfortunately this is just a monitor and won't kill processes for you so you'll need something like WeeKillBackground to do that. NCRam can be found for FREE in the Cydia Store under the Big Boss Repo.
