From PC to iPhone 11

How can I transfer Excel, W11 docs and photos from my W11 PC to my iPhone 11?
Is it easiest for me to send them as email attachments and then do something with them after they have arrived in the iPhone? I used to be able to do this but now they seem to get lost in my PC.

What you could try is saving the Docs and Photos to Microsoft One Drive on your PC then - as you can have the One Drive App on your iPhone as well - synching them that way.
