Funny vibration sound!? :/

So this could be a result of dropping the phone, but usually the vibration of a call/text is a lil quieter and now its loud and sounds nasty! Is there any way I can fix this?

sounds like something is loose..turn it off in settings..bring it in to local apple shop..
