Get purchased ringtones back!

So my old phone was stolen and I just went ahead and got the 4 again but when I uploaded everything onto my phone the ringtones I bought previously didn't upload to my phone! How do I retrieve them without having to pay again?

they should be in itunes on your computer or did you have a back up,maybe in iCloud?

It should be just like your other apps. They're bought and linked to your account. If you backed up your device, restoring your device from a previous backup should work. Otherwise, unlink your credit card from your iTunes just to be safe, and redownload the ringtone. iTunes shouldn't charge you despite you clicking "purchase". It'll just download the ringtone again and sticks it back into your iPhone.
