Getting .3mbps download speed - Sprint Service

I just turned off CDMA. i ended up getting .20mbps but went down to .3 again after. Anything i can do to make the download speed faster?

Nope just gotta deal with it. Sprint gets very congested in my area during the day so it's slow. At night it's fast but there's nothing you can do to make it faster.
