Getting an app approved that shows cleavage and photos I do not own- advice

I have an idea for an app but am uncertain if it will be approved. Without giving away the entire concept, bascially this app will feature close ups of women's cleavage. The women will be wearing full clothes and the photos will not be obscene, but there will be close ups. The title of the app will have the word Boobs or cleavage in it.

also, do I have to show ownership of my photos I use in the app?

You are going to have a rough go at it but yes it should get approved. The issue with pictures can be handled by having a request for removal feature.

Can you please explain this removal feature? I have a great idea for an entertaining app and have posted an ad on elance to have it built. I am pretty ignorant too the process but i still want to give it a shot.

Any places you recommend for research?
