getting code from ATT

Hi,

As per instruction I registered on Apple but when I trying online chat I get following error...


To Use Wireless Chat, Link an Account to Your AT&T Access ID
WSCLP01: Before we can help you, the chat agent needs to be able to access your account information. You'll need to follow the quick and easy steps to link your account to your AT&T Access ID before using wireless chat.

If you have reached Wireless Chat in error and want to chat about another one of your accounts, please Contact Us.
