Whenever I connect my phone (iPhone 4) via USB to my desktop computer which is only about a month old, I get an error message that says iTunes could not connect to this iPhone because an unknown error occurred OxE8000065. I have the most recent version of iTunes downloaded and when I try to open iTunes it hangs. If I unplug my phone from the USB iTunes opens right away.
I googled the error message and it says it could be an app that is causing this but I can't get to my apps on my desktop to delete the app I think is causing it and the app is not showing on my phone.
Any suggestions on what I should do next? Thanks for your help!
