After 60+ hours of dealing with customer support & tech support over issues with my brand new iphone 4s percy operator#40648 tells me to get a go phone. Is this a proper way of dealing with a customer with tremendous disabilities? Tourettes is not a disability that apple considers valid.
 
What are you expecting them to do for you? What do you want?
 
They should back up this product. 70 hours of complaining to customer service is worth nothing!!!!
 
I agree with you that it is not a proper way but I see it happen all the time..
