Google has finally today launched the iPhone version of its Google+ social network, TUAW reports. The app has taken two weeks to get approved by Apple, according to Cult of Mac, but now its finally here. Basically, Google+ is Apples answer to Facebook, and Im sure everyones been noticing the little Google+ icons that are appearing on websites all over the web. According to Google, Google+ is designed to make sharing cool things with your friends and family much easier. It includes features such as Huddle, which enables you to turn multiple conversations into a group chat, making it very easy to manage your social arrangements; Circles, which you can use to share specific items with specific groups of people; and Stream, where you can get updates from your Circles and see what people are saying about things nearby. Wherever you are, you can use Stream to find out whats going on in that neighbourhood. Currently, the app is only available for iPhone and not iPad, although you can access Google+ via your iPad browser by going to google.com/+.
