I received a notification from my iCloud account that said my password was reset. I tried to log into my account and could not get anywhere. Apple does not recognize anything. Even my birthdate was changed.

I am afraid to turn off my iPhone now because when I turn it back on I won't be able to log into anything. I went to the Apple Support page for help and could not get anywhere. What do I so?

Thanks,

Rob Caldwell

Contact Apple through one of the Contact Us tabs on the home page and give them some back ground as to what happened.

Well, I looked into that prior to making my post here. (I should have mentioned it). They will only respond on a "pay per support" method. They don't indicate what the fee is. I really do not feel that I should pay for something if I was hacked.

No need to aftraid be relax frnd, you need to Just dial the apple care number and tell them your problem. They will definitely sort your problem.

What is the Apple Care number? Because when I go to the Apple website and try to find a number, this is what I get: "Based on the information we have for your product, you may need to purchase a single incident of support"

They will not supply me with a number.

Here is a number for Apple Tech support I have used in the past. Now I'm not saying they're not going to ask you to pay a fee. But call them and see where you get.

For apple care number you can simply search on google.where You can easily get the number.

I think you should better be contacting Apple customer service and telling them your problem, that would I hope help you!
