Hello and Help from iphone illiterate!

Hi All,
Have stumbled upon this forum out of desperation as my son deleted a video from my iphone and am wondering if it is possible to retrieve it. Of course, there is probably already a thread dedicated to this and I would appreciate any redirection. I am pretty much learning as I go with my iphone even though i have had it since Sept last year... I'm not that literate when it comes to computers and all things technical but will have a go...
Any help MOST appreciated!

Probably should clarify...was a video I took on the 'camera', not one that came from a third party source....

I've never tried this program, but it claims to be able to recover photos, music, and video files from iPhones. It might be worth contacting the publisher to get some particulars and see if it sounds promising.
