Help - can't sync iphone contacts to Outlook 2007

Hi guys,

I have deleted all contacts in my Outlook 2007. And now i want to copy all contacts in my iphone to Outlook. I tried sync them via iTune but no contacts were copied to Outlook. What is the proper way to copy contacts from iphone to Outlook?

In my case all I did was open itunes, plug in my iphone 4 and when its recognised and shows up in the left hand panel, click on it and tick the sync tab.
