Help! My phone won't let me send picture messages!

So I have the iphone 4, I've never had any problems sending picture messages before but just recently it won't even give me the option to send MMS. Here are my options when I'm trying to send a picture:




If you can't see it very well it goes:
1. Email Photo
2. Assign to Contact
3. Use as Wallpaper
4. Print
CANCEL

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

Do you have mms enabled?

Settings>messages>mms messaging>on
