Help needed !!! How to create a simple iphone application for noobs ?

Hi , is there any kind soul who know how to create a simple application of iphone ? I just want a page of word inside the iphone with korean and english word and enable the user to scroll the page.

Is there any website i can refer to or something or any guide that your mind to provide as details as possible? I know nothing about creating iphone application. I'm doing a school project and realised that i'm unable to create a iphone application. I searched for website to create , but i'm a window user not a mac book user.

Pls help me ! Your help is really appreciated.

hello and welcome to the forum! if your a registered dev there is a tone of documents videos and example code you can use to teach yourself how to, it will take some time depending on how much you already know.
