help needed please!!! all contacts were deleted!!!

Hi all,

My iphone 4 contact list was deleted.
I had a backup on itunes but it was also deleted because i backed up my iphone befor restoring the older back up.
i have a folder of the backup that i need on my leptop outside the itunes.
how can i add it to itunes in order to restore it to my iphone.

Are your contacts through gmail or yahoo or another mail program like that?

If you backed up using iTunes, you should have multiple backup instances that you can refer to when selecting a backup to restore from.
