HELP PLEASE - itouch 2g doesn't jailbreak on iOS4

heello i'm brazilian and my english isn't very good, but i'll try hard to make u understand
i'm with a big problem i put the iOs4 on my itouch 2g. but when i try to jailbreak it with the new redsnow it gets a black screen and doesn't jailbreak as it doesn't doesn't have cydia installed. i do what they say on redsnow correctly and already tried more than 5 times i hope u help me

U might have a ipod touch thats serial number begins with MC. which means it is newer and the a jailbreak for these type does not exist yet.
