Help with Safari

I am having trouble in Safari, I seem to have gotten on a security screen and it has frozen me from doing anything further in Safari. Any ideas on how to get out?

Do hard reset on your iPhone If that doesn't work turn it off for a few minutes try again Start with the basics first Somebody will be on soon with help no doubt
