help with syncing iphone 4 to Windows 2010

hi there thanks for replying,
at the moment i am able to sync contents from my outlook calendar to the iphone but unable to sync from the iphone to outlook, if that makes sense??

do you have any suggestions how to fix that?

Sorry I don't use outlook. You may want to try mobile me if you cant get it to work...
