I have been haveing some issues. My phone has been slow and the battery has been running down more then it has been. And some apps shut down on there on when i try to open them. It bugs me but Im still not giving up on it. I have the iphone 4 and have updated to 5.0.1 on verizon network if it matters.

Hard reset ? How? Is that when you hook if up to iTunes?

Hard reset is when you hold both the Home and the sleep button down until you see the Apple logo (the slide to lock notice may or may not appear). Once you see the logo, release the buttons and wait - the springboard will eventually appear.

give it some time i think verizon might be updating something mine was running slow now its not so
