HOw do I find what I've downloaded? I down loaded spring board can't find it. I've downloaded android lock, can't find it. Please help

Open Cydia and allow it to load and update all Packages to update. Then touch "Manage" at the bottom, then "Packages". There it will show you everything that you've loaded via Cydia.

Most things downloaded from Cydia are put in it's own section in the Settings app.

Some packages have no icon, and nothing to configure at all (Example: SwipeShiftCaret, NoStoreButton, TV Tube Sleep).

Some pacakges do nothing but leave an app icon, and do not show in the Settings app, Like WiFiFoFum, or ProTube.

That is what happens with most user friendly packages after installing.
