If the app has a plus sign on it. It's compatible with both devices. If not, then you'll have to repurchase With that being said you can download it for free onto your phone.

I downloaded the premium version of docs to go. When i open appstore using iphone its already in the purchased section. I press install and it just install in my iphone , it doesnt say anything. Does itunes charging me again?
