Hi, just joined,, I always have questions about my phone that no one seems to be able to answer,, I am 59 yrs old and somewhat challenged on some of this stuff. So, a quick thanks in advance for any help I get. So here is my question, I have updated my iphone 4 to ios5, and all seems to be working with update, but when I go to backup my phone i get the message "Itunes could not back up the iphone because the iphone disconnected" even though the phone IS connected,, thanks for any help
