Hello, do you know if there is a way to set up a home page on Safari? And if not, is Apple trying to do something on the question?

There's no home page for Safari. Whenever you open the Safari app it just goes to the last page you were viewing. If you have no open tabs, it will show your favourites list, like this.

One option would be to set up a Safari shortcut. First navigate to the page that you want to be your home page. Then at the bottom of the screen tap on the square with the up-pointing arrow in it. In the bottom row of options, scroll right and tap on Add to Home Screen. Now instead of opening the Safari app directly, use the new shortcut icon to take you straight to your homepage.
