How can i transfer photos from iPhone 3GS to my pc?

Hi,

I have an iPhone 3GS, Jailbreaked.
When I connect it to my personal laptop it starts to automatically sync with the itunes installed on my laptop.

However, I cannot view the photographs on my iphone in the itunes window. I can't see any device either in 'My Computer".

How can I transfer/view photos of my iPhone on my Laptop?
I am running Windows 7.

Try ifunbox or ispirit. I actually just started using Ispirit and think it is an excellent utility.
