i want to start to learn apps development training .
how can i upload apps in iTunes ?
is there any chargers ?

You'll need a Mac and a developer's subscription from Apple, which costs $99 annually base. Apple has a screening process that your app must go through before it's officially hosted in the Apple AppStore. You'll learn more about that when you get your developer's license.
