I have set up backup to iCloud and need to do a full restore as some files have become corrupted.
This first happened last week, and the diagnosis and cure were performed at the Apple store in Tokyo's Ginza. The cure required a restore from backup. Unfortunately I can't remember how the restore was done.
I am pretty sure it's the same problem as before--same symptoms exactly (unreliable photo taking and then a complete "freeze"). So hopefully the same cure will work.
So how DO I restore from backup?
Will value expert help. The Apple store is too far away for frequent visits... TIA!
