Try iOS 10.3, my 6S Plus is much faster* now.

*sure feels faster and is much smoother, your mileage may vary.

Hmmm, I'm still running 10.2.1 on my SE. Maybe I'll go to 10.3 ?

10.3 isn't signed any more. 10.3.1 is the iOS version you'll get.
