How do you put movies onto camera roll to edit in IMOVIE?

Hi just got the 5 and dont know how to put These movies onto camera roll in order to edit on iMovie. I need to be able to do this as it only syncs to the movies app. And you can only watch wen they are in there!

Any help appreciated
