How to arrange apps to one side of screen.

I was just wondering if there was a way to arrange my apps do that they fit into this background.



Or does your phone have to be jail broken.

Unfortunately this cannot be done on a stock iPhone... it does require being Jailbroken. Once JB, the most common icon placement tweaks are Gridlock, Springtomize & Iconoclasm... all available via Cydia.
