Howcome are those prices on eBay so high (800 dollar+)? Even if someone earned 100 dollar on selling me one I would still be better off than buying one in the Netherlands.

Buyer: Because there is no iPhone 4S in their countries. Apple does not have Apple store in every country. In my home country, an iPhone 4S can go for USD $1000+
