If it's compatible with iOS 7.0.X, then it's compatible with iOS 7.1. There are no differences in the core of the iOS's. so as long as it's iOS 7 compatible, it'll work on 7.1.

thanq willerz upgraded to 7.1 and done JB also now it is fine..... activator is not compatible to 7.1....cydia related tweaks/app have little issues on 7.1 those are not that much smooth comapared to 7.0.4 but it is ok
