How to get back data from iCloud backup

Recently I have updated my ip 4s ( not jail broken). How can I get back backup from icloud. Thanks

Plug your iPhone into your PC, go to your device's profile on the left hand taskbar on iTunes and restore backup. Make sure that iCloud is selected.
