How to install Whatsapp on iPad running ios 8.1 without iPhone?

I have an iPad 2 currently running ios 8.1 and i need to install whatsapp .... and i have no access to any iphone....
and also whatspad doesnt seems to help

Everything I've read about this states that an iPhone is required to complete the installation of WhatsApp on an iPad. You won't be able to do it with no iPhone access.
