How to move computer stuff onto Iphone4

How do I add some personal family photos from my computer onto my Iphone4?

I also have some basic Mp3's I had used for personal ringtones for certain callers. How can put these on my Iphone and use them as ringtones for certain callers?

hello!

just use itunes and add the mp3s to the itunes library and your photos and int he iphone tab select it to sync them and it will add it all
