How to move multiple voice memos off your iPhone onto your laptop?

I have about 30 voice memos on my iPhone, and I want to move them into a Voice Memo folder on my laptop, because they're starting to eat up a lot of space. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it in iTunes. I hate this program, btw. I select a specific voice memo through iTunes, but I don't see ANY way to move it to my laptop - at all. I'm pretty computer literate, so I don't see how Apple could have made it any more difficult to figure out than it already is. Assuming there's a way other than just emailing each and every single voice memo to myself and gathering them this way, which is the only way I can figure out at the moment.
