If you have an iPhone 4S or later the only iOS version you can restore your phone to is iOS 8.1.3. That's why you keep getting the 3194 error when trying to restore your phone with those earlier iOS versions which are no longer being signed.

BTW, I've deleted your other post on this same topic as duplicate posts can fragment any resulting conversation, making it hard to follow as well as being against our rules.

I THINK that is you do a DFU reset, it will download the latest software the phone can have. It will eliminate the Jialbreak and basically return the phone to an OEM out of the box device.
