how to sync email in iphone4 to windows mail in laptop

Hi everyone,

I just got the iphone 4. I want to sync my emails in the iphone 4 with Windows Mail in Windows Vista in my laptop. I tried but am not able to do it. I can send and receive emails in iphone and laptop separately but it does not sync. I was informed that iphone 4 only sync with Outlook. I prefer not to use Outlook as it is outdated. I think a lot of users have the same problem as me.

Please help

Just add the email account you access with your computer on your iPhone. It will import all your mail.

Yes, I did that and it is importing fine.

What if I received emails in my iphone initially and then replied to some and deleted some emails. Later on, when I connect the iphone to sync with my PC, how can I get the emails in my PC updated (ie. included the replied emails and less the deleted ones).
