How to sync my iphone and ipad gmail calendar

Hi All

My iPad calendar have many out standing task from my iPad which belong to my gmail cal.

My iphone does not have.

I like to make my both device sync and both same , any advise ?

Straight off of Google support. I personally use Exchange and it's pretty simple to manage.
