How to transfer iTunes music from old computer to new computer

I have a new computer and want to transfer my music (which was loaded from CDs) from my old computer to my new one. I also want to keep my playlists that I spent time setting up. But when I plug my ipod touch into my new computer it simply asks me if I want to wipe all the music on it and replace it with what is in iTunes on the new computer ie. nothing.
Help!

You can use a program called CopyTrans Suite to transfer your songs from your Ipod to your new computer, I had to do the same thing on Sunday and it worked a breeze.

Thanks for the link. Just bought a new laptop and i'm about to transfer my stuff to the new laptop
