Tranfer music and pics from my phone to my itunes?

K I got a new computer and transferred all my pics and music and data to the new computer and put them in my iTunes , not everything transferred. I have all the pictures and music I want n my iPhone but I'd like them to be in my iTunes as well. Any ideas how to transfer what's on my phone to my iTunes instead of my iTunes to my iPhone? Any help is totally appreciated thank you in advance!

Try using a program called iExplorer - Formerly iPhone Explorer, is an iPhone browser for Mac and PC it's free and will let you get all your songs and pic's off your iPhone
