HI,
i want to know how to unlock i phone because imy i phone was locked by me.
and i have no idea to unlocked it help me.

Did you password lock your iPhone and forget the password? Apple has very good security to protect your passwords and there are no solutions that will enable you to recover a lost password. If that's the case, you will have to erase all content and restore to factory settings. You will have to do this while the phone is connected to iTunes on your computer with the docking cable.
If your iPhone backup was made after you adder the password to your phone, you will not be able to use it, it will just put the password back on the phone and you will be back where you started. In this case you will have to set up as a new iPhone. In iTunes, check off what content you want to sync with your iPhone then do the sync. All your selected content will now be on the iPhone.
This procedure will cause you to lose any app data, contacts, etc. that we're on the phone when it was locked.
