how to unlock iPhone 4s

First off all it's not 4S, but only 4. BB 4.11.08 is only for i4. And unfortunately there is no way to unlock that BB with any Gevey card.
The only way for him is to find an unlocking service, but it will cost money.

+1... if it had a 4.11.08 BB it's an iPhone 4... not a 4S. And... there's no way to unlock that BB I less you're wireless carrier will unlock from their service.
