How to watch vids in MMS?

Just wondering if someone could tell me how to make the vids bigger that people send me through MMS. I can see them, but they are very small and when I click on the arrow on the right it is like a pic and not a vid. Please help me!!!

Videos will only work on the iPhone if they are in QuickTime format...
