MMS how to send from iphone

I tried every trick but i did not get it See the below picture there is no option

And my carrier supports MMS
Last option remain to Call sim help center , 2morow i"ll do it.

Thank all of u, i call my carrier help centre i got mms manual setting, now i got MMS....
