How to wipe data?

Hi there guys, I wish to wipe everything from my iPhone 4 16gb version as I am selling it.

It is jailbroken and on 5.0.1. The phone has been unlocked via 02 because I am a contract customer and needed to use it abroad.

Which is the simplest method to wipe all data?

Once you restore..everything gone.
If you restore get any error...let us know. We will fix it what the error code
