Ok develop a simple restore function just like windows has .Just enter a date and the iphone will go back to the settings on the date you entered.

You can do that in iTunes by restore to recent or past backup ..

I guess (not sure) that restoring needs PVT APIs which won't be allowed in the App Store.
I can develop it for you and distributed it Ad-Hoc, not in the App Store.
