I want to restore my phone. I am on 4.2.8 and I want to keep it that way

I am getting crazy errors (mind you I am jailbroken which is why I want to keep 4.2.8) I am getting 3194 and 1014 errors. I got passed 3194 and then when it was just about done with the restore I got 1014.

What gives!?!?! why is this so HARD!

Anyhelp? I have googled the crap out of this and all I got was to edit the host file which I did...


Any ideas?

Thanks to iTunes 4 you can kiss downgrades good bye until a work around is found. The new iTunes can now detect when you're trying to have cydia sign for it. Gotta go with 4.2.10

Yea what I did was googled it and it gave me step by step instructions
