How? I think I explained it in detail. My volume buttons became defective (something I know that they will switch it out for) and right before I was going to the store it dropped and now has a small crack but still noticeable on the bottom right.

I don't know what you think you posted but actually you didn't explain anything....Take it in and see what they say.
