Ibluetooth

Anyone any information on the prospect that someone somewhere will produce an app to correct the lack of Bluetooth functions on the iPhone 4S. I know about ibluetooth and ibluenova but none of these will work on the 4S. Just can't understand why this function is so rubbish on such an advanced phone. Only reason I can think is Apples attempt to conform to their way of thinking. Big brother, do it my way! Thanks to certain people we can use our iPhones the way we want to by Jailbreaking the phone. So if anyone can help with the Bluetooth issue I would be grateful with the problem.

i think the reason apple do this is because they see it as a security threat. as steve jobs once said "i dont want to put my customers at risk of malicious activity" which you can understand. to be honest i cant actually remember the last time i used Bluetooth :/ everything is done online now.

But I bought this expensive phone and don't expect apple to dictate when and who I should be able to send a picture taken on this iPhone and my Wifes SAMSUNG She won't use the Internet on her phone, she keeps on at it costing too. much. Also if my Daughter wants a copy She thinks it a waste of time as she would get it directly from me. About Bluetooth being a security risk. You say emai is not? Sorry but Apple is living in its own dreamworld. If they can allow info being passed between iPhones or iPads why not between the iPhone and another phone ? Thanks again for your reply.

Oh and to try using iTunes is a joke. I really don't like that program it is unclear how to use it on a PC might be ok and understood for an Apple Mac user but I wouldn't give a computer like that houseroom. Why? Apple again try's. To do it their way. Not going to happen. Everything we get. From Apple costs too much. And we are not all Americans. Have a good day!

dont use ibluetooth, celeste is the app to go for but still not working with ios 5.XX .. but it is the better of the two tweaks

Thanks for that i did find Celesta but like you mentioned won't work with my version. I will just have to wait until a compatible version arrives.

Just got a Bluetooth app that lets you send pictures videos and audio files from the iPhone 4S and any other phone. Great app works well. It's called. Airblue Sharing from Cydia.
